Our apartments are equiped with keyboxes that allow for a stress free check in process, regardless of your arrival time. You will be provided with the detailed instructions on how to get in, and your hosts will be available for support during that time.

Kitchen essentials (coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil, vinegar…) bathroom essentials (soap, dush gel, toilet paper, shampoo…) slippers, linens and towels allow you to travel lightly.

*Borik Hills apartments only. We offer to our guests free bicycles for the tour on any given day. There are two mountain bikes for average height from 165 cm-190 cm.

Free Parking*

*Borik Hills apartments only. We provide you with one parking space per apartment in our common front yard. You will be able to always keep an eye on your car pet.

Free Wifi

We believe that the home is where your Wifi connects automatically. Welcome home!

Smart TV

Smart TVs or Cast devices with access to Netflix, MAX etc, allow for entertaining nights when you decide to stay at home.

"Perfect little hideaway! Very charming apartment in the quite backstreets of Zadar. Bikes where includes and cycling to the beach was fun and only took 3 minutes. The center was just a 15min fun bike ride away. Supermarket around the corner but we enjoyed the local farmershops just outside Zadar more. There where herbs in the little garden we used for cooking and cherry trees in the street. Wide range of restaurants nearby. Great little apartment and very clean. Very comfortable bed. Best price/quality option around."​

"The stay in Blu apartment was really great! Nina’s parents who were welcoming us are the sweetest people, very communicative and helpful! The place is fully equipped, there are cooking appliances so you can prepare meals for yourself! There is a big parking spot. Really enjoyed my stay! The apartment is a nicely decorated, fully equipped, very clean, well thought out space with a lovely terrace. It's in a quiet, pretty part of the city. Plenty of supermarkets, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Nina and her parents were totally excellent hosts -- so friendly, willing to help and full of invaluable local knowledge. They provided me with everything I needed including a bike which is a great way to travel around and see more of the beauty of the Zadar area. I look forward to returning in the near future.

It was a really great experience, the location is quite convenient - everything I needed was within a few minutes walk (including a beautiful view of the sea) The apartment is cosy and has everything you might need for a long stay (even for some extra cases). Nina is very friendly and always quick to respond🥰 Thank you for your hospitality!

Прекрасная квартира в старом городе. Есть все необходимые удобства для длительного проживания, много посуды, большой холодильник, стиральная машина и т.д. Отличный и стабильный вайфай. Для отопления есть кондиционер и теплый пол. Жила зимой и в квартире было тепло и сухо. Нина очень доброжелательная и отзывчивая. Мне все очень понравилось, рекомендую эту чудесную квартиру.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this apartment. It had everything you could want. The best factor was being right in the old town of Zadar. Stepping out of the old door right into the street life made me feel like a local. It was very quiet so we slept well.
